Digital Literacy

Background
The Technology Enabled Education Committee has conducted a digital literacy assessment of Unity Health and discovered a need to improve basic digital skills among our staff. To address this, we have developed a digital literacy program, focusing on basic computer skills. The program includes workshops, drop-in sessions and the distribution of resources to teach fundamental skills like logging in, using Windows and using email. Our goal is to equip all staff with these basic skills before Epic training begins.
