Who has access to our services?
The services of the Digital Education Program are available to all Staff, Physicians, Learners and Volunteers at Unity Health Toronto. Applications from external partners will be reviewed upon request.
What types of services do we offer?

How do I request a collaboration?
To initiate the collaboration process with the Digital Education Program, please complete the Digital Education Intake Form. A representative from the Digital Education Team will reply to your request within 2 business days.
How do I connect with a representative from the team?
For all questions, concerns, or issues please email the Digital Education Team at Digital.Education@unityhealth.to.
What are the standard working hours of the team?
The Digital Education Team is available via email, Monday to Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm EDT. Excluding statutory and organizational holidays.
What are the steps involved when collaborating with the LMS & eLearning team?
1. Initiative requester completes the Digital Education Intake Form
2. Conduct consultation with initiative requester
3. Sign agreement on scope of work
4. Develop elearning module
5. Review and revise elearning module
6. Module approved
7. Module go-live
8. Invoice sent to initiative requester
